PRODUCTION CUTTING
Large quantity production cutting can be undertaken on our automated Carif saw. Low cost per cut is achieved as this machine is not labour intensive, giving you the option of outsourcing your cutting rather than carrying it in-house. For large section production cutting we can offer manual sawing, and whilst the cost per cut maybe higher we can still offer a cost effective solution.
Sheet steel, mesh and other metals can be cut to size on our swing-arm guillotine. Our machine is the largest available and can cut sheets upto 3.2m in length and upto 12mm thickness (mild steel) and 6mm (stainless steel). Costs per cut vary depending on quantity, but there are no minimum quantities.
